When should I RSVP by?

July 1st, 2024

Do I need a passport or visa to travel to Mexico?

Yes, you will need a passport that is not expired within 6 months of travel date. Example: Passport cannot expire starting April 12, 2024 through March 12, 2025. No visa is required to enter Mexico.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code for the wedding is black-tie optional. Meaning, tuxes and gowns are welcomed along with suits and cocktail dresses. Neutral / Dark minimalist shades of color. Shades of black, brown, champagne, navy, or dark greens are welcomed. No bright colors or loud patterns please.

Is the wedding held on a beach?

No, the ceremony is held in a nearby Catholic church and the reception is held near the poolside on the Sunset Terrace. Please note that it will be outdoors for both venue.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE CEREMONY? WHAT ABOUT THE RECEPTION?

Yes, there will be! It is important to us that all of our guests can relax and enjoy their entire day. Shuttles will transport guests from the hotel to the church ceremony and back to the hotel. Reception will be hosted at the hotel itself. Please see our home or travel page for more information.

ARE UBER/LYFT AVAILABLE IN CANCUN?

Yes, once you are in Cancun, you are able to utilize Rideshare apps. Please note: Rideshare apps are unavailable for pick ups once you arrive at Cancun International Airport. It is recommended to hire shuttle / private transportation in advance to avoid the hassle of price gouging at the terminals. You can use Rideshare apps to leave the resort to head to the airport for your departure.

What food is being served on the reception day?

Social hour will have lite bites including crab cake with mustard & garlic aioli, black angus beef filet bites, ceviche mango, and phyllo pastry filled with lobster and wild mushrooms. Dinner menu is listed below. *Note: choice options chosen before may have changed due to resort availability at the time of the reception. we apologize if the offering looks slightly different then originally chosen.
