CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CUN)

Cancún International Airport is located just outside the hotel zone, which can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Please book your flights direct to this destination airport to avoid delays.

IMMIGRATIONS AND CUSTOMS INFO

As of late 2022, passengers flying into CUN no longer need to fill out the Forma Migratoria Multiple (FMM) tourist card, which has massively sped up the immigration process. You will need your passport and boarding pass to bypass customs agent.

UPON ARRIVAL PAST BAGGAGE CLAIM

From the moment you exit baggage claim and customs, you’re exposed to many groups of sales agents with pitches, taxi agents and timeshare presentations. Please do NOT engage with them and quickly head directly outside to your pre-booked transportation agent. If they insist on whatever is being offered, simply say, “No, gracias.” Repeat yourself if necessary.

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL

Please book directly as stated above for the best transportation option as it is included with the guest rate. If you book a reservation that does not include transportation, please pre-book a private transfer / shuttle before arriving to Cancun. This can cost anywhere from 40-70 USD one-way to the hotel or save more by booking round trip transportation. Use companies like Cancun Airport Transportation that will have uniformed drivers waiting for you with a sign at arrivals or at a specified meeting point. Regular city taxis and Rideshare Apps are not allowed to operate at the airport.
